Pacific Orthopaedic and Sport Rehabilitation is an innovative physical therapy facility committed to providing the highest quality physical therapy services. Our mission is to provide hands-on, one-on-one physical therapy care to our patients, utilizing a clinically-oriented team approach. Our focus is on problem solving geared toward the patient’s particular dysfunction and needs, while upholding the ethical and professional standards established by the APTA. Our ultimate goal is to facilitate the restoration of function and the independence of our patients. We emphasize the wellness and prevention aspect of patient care while endeavoring to educate and encourage active lifestyles to enhance the quality of life in our clients. We provide this quality of care to all people regardless of race, age, religion, nationality or wealth.   • HIGH RISK: Health care services - Risk includes but not limited to: falling, needle sticks, medical exposure
  • SITE REQUIREMENT: Students are not allowed to take pictures or video.
  • SITE REQUIREMENT: Students will be asked to sign a confidentiality waiver.
