The internship at offers hands-on experience in Software Projects and Enhancement of Products in KNEX Portfolio. Interns will receive training and ongoing support to contribute effectively. Responsibilities include onboarding sessions for product familiarization, Collaboration across KNEX Team Members on Project work and/or Product enhancement strategies etc. Interns l work individually or in groups on assigned tasks, contributing to the tasks assigned.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in Projects Product Development that is expected to help gain valuable insights, enhancing functionality and user experience. They will develop team playing and communication skills through collaboration across peers and project crew. The opportunity is also expected to familiarize the interns on task management, meeting deadlines, problem-solving approaches and industry exposure.
The Internship offers training to help interns gain valuable exposure Software Projects and Product enhancement areas. Over 2–3 weeks, interns complete onboarding with interactive sessions and demos to understand KNEX’s products and mission. This is followed by 1–2 days of project management workshops on tools familiarization for task segmentation and collaboration. Self-paced modules (1–2 weeks, 2–3 hours/day) cover diverse tools and technologies based on availability and Intern's interest.
When working remotely, interns may face ergonomic risks, cybersecurity issues and isolation affecting collaboration. . KNEX proposes to address these concerns by ensuring secure network access, providing ergonomic guidelines based on reported issues, and conducting regular virtual check-ins and meetings to support interns.
