Bay Area Housing Internship Program (NPH)

Organization Description

NPH created the Bay Area Affordable Housing Internship Program (BAHIP) to remove common barriers to opportunity, supporting a robust pipeline of professional and diverse leaders to strengthen our industry. This one-year, paid internship program trains aspiring housing development professionals, who will enhance inclusion and racial equity in affordable housing, by pairing them with leading nonprofit housing development organizations in the Bay Area. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and monthly trainings, BAHIP is a launching pad for Bay Area college students from low-income backgrounds and communities of color into affordable housing development/project management careers.
