Organization Description

Valley View Healthcare Services in Chico California is a locally owned and operated home health agency. We take pride in helping our community members stay home and healthy by being their advocate between our local hospitals and their physicians.

Program Information

Social workers at Valley View Healthcare Services provide valuable emotional and social support to patients and their families, addressing psychosocial needs, facilitating access to resources, and promoting overall well-being during their healthcare journey.

The student intern should be professional, able to build relationships, able to solve problems, have critical thinking skills, and be flexible. Intern must be able to do home visits.
