Program Information

Case management of youth and families, interagency collaboration with foster youth and CWS, macro, mezzo, and micro experience with youth and families experiencing homelessness, one on one and group counseling with grades tk-12th, family resource center resource referrals, data management, school information systems, school social work, SARB, crisis intervention, etc.

The ideal student will be able to jump right in, can deal with chaotic and unpredictable settings, structured versus unstructured days, flexibility, willingness to ask questions or ask for help.

  • Able to do home visits
  • Own car with evidence of insurance
  • Prefer Bilingual
