Organization Description

Helm Physical Therapy & Injury Prevention's mission is to help people be and feel their best throughout all ages and stages of life no matter their health condition or circumstance.. We help you be and feel your best whether it is rehabilitating you from an injury, working with you to maintain your functional mobility as you age, working with you on a customized conditioning plan. Our focus on injury prevention is apparent with treatment plans that involve specific strengthening exercises, flexibility training and education
