Opportunity Training

Students will receive structured, hands-on training across music production, media, and communications. Training will include orientation to production systems and workflows; guided instruction on audio, video, and lighting equipment; and supervised practice during services, rehearsals, and events. Interns will be mentored by experienced production and creative staff and gradually onboarded into responsibilities such as equipment setup and teardown, basic troubleshooting, video projects, and content creation. They will also receive training in communication tools and platforms, including social media management and basic graphic design, as relevant to their role. Ongoing training will take place through weekly team meetings, rehearsals, and one-on-one coaching sessions, with regular feedback to support skill development, professionalism, and growth in technical, creative, and leadership competencies.
