Outdoor Program Management assistantAt — Blackberry Academy outdoor preschool

Opportunity Summary

Want meaningful, résumé‑ready experience while making a real impact? Volunteer with our outdoor preschool and help run a program where children learn through nature, curiosity, and hands‑on exploration. You’ll support key admin and program director tasks—family communication, scheduling, curriculum prep, social media, and organizing materials—while also contributing to our transition from an LLC to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This role gives you a front‑row seat to how a mission‑driven early childhood program operates and evolves. You’ll build practical skills in leadership, communication, nonprofit development, child‑centered program design, and organizational systems. Whether you’re studying education, psychology, environmental science, business, or simply want hands‑on experience that matters, you’ll gain real skills while helping create a joyful, nature‑based learning environment for young children
