Light Soccer
The Light Soccer Program provides summer and winter soccer camps, as well as year-round small-group and personalized training for youth ages 6–16. The program focuses on skill development, teamwork, confidence building, and fostering a lifelong love of soccer. In addition to athletic training, the program emphasizes health education, including proper hydration, injury prevention, concussion awareness, heat illness prevention, and other safe sports practices. Its mission is to help young athletes develop as both skilled players and healthy, informed individuals.
