Organization Description

The Light Soccer Program provides summer and winter soccer camps, as well as year-round small-group and personalized training for youth ages 6–16. The program focuses on skill development, teamwork, confidence building, and fostering a lifelong love of soccer. In addition to athletic training, the program emphasizes health education, including proper hydration, injury prevention, concussion awareness, heat illness prevention, and other safe sports practices. Its mission is to help young athletes develop as both skilled players and healthy, informed individuals.

Hours of operation 

We start 830AM PST typically, and work on setting up the plan for the day on site. Youth typically are in by 930AM PST where we formally start, there is a snack break at 11AM with hydration along with a 1230PM Lunch break - camp days end at 3PM PST or so. Generally we are available 8AM to 8PM during the week for any guidance, questions, follow up from youth or their parents- whether they are part of our camps or our group sessions we try to provide support 8AM to 8PM essentially.
