Micro: The individual has the opportunity to learn office and professional ethics in the careers of social work. The development of Character and EQ is vital in earning trust from clients and participants. Relying on TEAM is vital when working with individual needs. There are no 2 participants the same and we must learn to listen which sometimes takes a team to decifer the realities the participant is facing.
Meso: The individual has an opportunity to work in a very diverse field with individuals of all enthicities, religions, races and creeds participating in the program. They will quickly learn the ethics of a non-bias approach of empathy and care. In a broader sense, Character is not bias to race creed religion or economical background. The individual will be able to broaden their sphere of understanding to multiple cultures and philosophies. 
Macro: The individual will have the opportunity to learn skills in the broader scope of reentry. On a local level, state level and national level, reform is the topic and how we can provide ideas and solutions for policy change and program awareness is vital for the economic well being of organizations at ground level.
