California Mini Corps - Butte County Office of Education - CSU, San Marcos
The California Mini-Corps (CMC) Program is a statewide program committed to the educational success of migratory students in grades TK–12. Through highly skilled college tutors, CMC provides high-quality, direct supplemental instructional services that support academic achievement to migratory students in public schools in North San Diego. The program also develops tutors as future bilingual-bicultural, credentialed educators/counselors who are prepared to effectively serve migratory students. Through strategic services and collaboration, CMC strengthens student success while building the next generation of educators.
Students must complete all required Keenan trainings provided through the Butte County Office of Education before being assigned to and working at a public school site.
