Assistant Camp Director At — Xceleration Volleyball Club
As a camp director, you have the opportunity to cultivate both emotional and physical development in youth as they learn the technical aspects of volleyball. The path to coaching success begins with defining a philosophy to guide your efforts. You will work with the club director to contribute to the development of a program designed to enhance the skills of youth participating in the camps.
Students will learn to schedule, create programs, and communicate effectively with the volleyball community that we serve. The student will also learn to design a system for the program they develop. The student should be able to advance their knowledge and understanding.
The student will undergo a weekend of training and planning for the camp session. Will work with the site supervisor on creating a program that will be beneficial for the development of the youth. Students will also undergo some online training in preparation for coaching.
The student will be trained in setting up and taking down. Also with online training on how to work with youth.
