Opportunity Summary 

As a student "youth Development Professional" intern you will be exposed to all aspects of working at The United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County. You will learn what it takes to work directly with the youth as well as what it takes to manage a location and even what it takes to be the CEO of the organization.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

All aspects of working within the Boys & Girls Club from Youth Development Professional, Club Director, Development Department and even CEO.

Opportunity Training 

On the job training in each of the areas they will be working in from Youth Development Professional to Club Director to Development professional to CEO.
