Opportunity Summary 

Introduce to business principles related to sleep clinic functions, Interact/effective communication with sleep staff and client groups, foster teamwork, align their ethics and priority with organization mission statement, and be able to analyze issues of concern within a healthcare policy environment.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

1. Student will introduce to business principles of Sleep Clinical care which includes financial management , human resource management, and quality improvement.
2. Student will learn to interact and communicate effectively while, forming collaborative relationship amongst diverse client groups, colleagues, and workplace management.
3. Student, using interpersonal skills, develop an effective and creative approaches' for fostering team and encouraging others to align their workplace ethic and priorities with the organization mission statement.
4. Student will be able to analyze current and emerging issues of concern while, being able to navigate within a healthcare policy environment.

Opportunity Training 

Sleep Clinic workflow, staffing, assignments, communicate with patients/colleagues, understand the organization policies and state regulations.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity
