Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Collect and organize the most common injury categories for athletes 6 - 18 years of age

Define high, medium, and low-risk athletic profiles based on the age of athletes

Improve and co-create an injury prevention program

Develop a return-to-play protocol for athletes returning to sport, and create athlete engagement plans for players who are unable to participate due to injury but are still attending training sessions.

Opportunity Training 

We will provide the current programming we provide our staff, as well as access to the national training center - SafeSport.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

We work with kids, so the safety of the kids is paramount. Student that has acquired an internship with us is already in the national database of coaches and has passed all background checks.
