Opportunity Training

MPJC Volunteer Manager is happy to meet via zoom in advance of the start of volunteering to discuss the ESL program in more details. For the first class, service learners will observe. Once the service learner gains competency and confidence on assuming the teacher role, we can move forward with more of a leadership role.

Check-ins: Periodic meetings via zoom will be arranged on an as-needed basis - to discuss how classes are going, what you think is going well and/or could be improved, and what support you may need. We can also meet before and/or after classes to discuss these same themes.
