Opportunity Summary 

The intern's primary project will be outreach calls to potential clients. Potential clients are Medi-Cal managed care members eligible for the Enhanced Care Management program. These members have complex needs such as homelessness, mental illness and substance use disorders. The intern will be responsible for managing the eligibility list, conducting calls, tracking calls, and documenting in the program's electronic health record system. The intern will be coached by the program manager, case management supervisor and administrative aide.
