We at CMES Inc. work hard to establish opportunities for students to learn and have an opportunity to hire on with extensive experience within the construction management. We educate all of our field managers to allow for growth within and utilize the learning capacity for interns and allow for continuous improvement.
All Field Engineers come in and are introduced to the necessary documentation that is required to commencing and completing an ongoing construction project. - Documentation - Field verification (instrumentation, etc.) - Plans reviewing - daily meetings and what is communicated to set daily expectations - all rolls and responsibilities within a construction project
Training provided shall be identified - Survey equipment (GPS) - Plan review - Software - Field evaluations - documentation - safety - professional leadership
CMES trains within Safety to ensure awareness is established in the area of construction activities being performed on-site. - PPE - excavation - traffic control - hazardous materials
