Opportunity Summary 

Bay Home & Window is looking for a Recruiting Intern to support our Recruitment depatment. An intern will gain hands-on Recruitment experience, in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all Talent Acquisition functions.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

• How to write, post & sponsor jobs • How to screen resumes based on objective information • How to Schedule interviews • How to Manage onsite candidate experience, including candidate check-in, ensuring interviews are running smoothly and on time, conducting candidate tours, and working closely with leaders in the business. • How to update and maintain applicant tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Provide occasional support with recruitment events and initiatives. • Support Recruitment Department policies and procedures

Opportunity Training 

During the entire length of Internship, interns can expect to be trained on Full Cycle Recruitment activities, including but not limited to, - Applicant Tracking System - CRM - Phone Screens - Virtual & In-person Interviews - Applicant experience - Opening a Job - Sponsoring a Job - Screening Resumes - Job Offering
