Victim AdvocateAt — Victims of Crime- Monterey County District Attorney's Office

Opportunity Summary 

Intern would be paired with a Victim Assistance Advocate and learn all of the day to day functions/duties they perform. Intern will be responsible after a thorough training, to make calls to victims and update them on the status of their case. Interns will be responsible for providing support to victims in court when needed. Interns will be scheduling meetings with victims and providing support during meetings. Interns will be responsible for providing victims with information regarding California Victim Compensation and in completing the application.
