Opportunity Summary 

Paradigm Adult Services, Inc. is looking for compassionate and energetic individuals who like to
have fun to join our team! If you have a willingness to learn and to be trained to work with adults with intellectual and developmental needs, we want to talk to you!

We have a variety of opportunities available:

  • Tutoring 
  • Enrichment - teach your talents and skills to students!
  • Project assistance
  • Business, analysis, communications, marketing, social media - all are needed!
  • All majors are welcome to apply, and no previous work experience is required!

 

Logistics:

  • Operating hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 2pm
  • Some flexibility of scheduling days/hours during operating hours, though predictable schedules are preferred.
  • Locations vary around the county - it is a community-integrated program!  Meet at Carmel location or at a specific spot that day.

Requirements:

  • TB test
  • Successful candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and individuals being served by our programs and their families/guardians.
  • Ability to write brief reports is a must.
  • Bilingualism is a plus, though it is not required.
  • Must be 18 years or older
