Opportunity Summary
Learn to coach swimming with the #1 USA Swim Team in California and one of the top 20 USA Swim Teams in the country. Work with all levels, beginners to Age Group National Record Holders and Olympic Trial Finalists.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
How to work with large groups of children, parent engagement, team management, the basics of learn to swim lessons, the fundamentals of each of th3 4 competitive swim strokes, as well as starts and turns
Opportunity Training
Training plans will be covered daily by the lead coach of each group. Overall season plan, as well as onboarding/orientation, will take place in person with the head coach before any intern starts coaching.
Additional risk specific to this opportunity
Must be CPR / First Aid certified
