Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): At ABA SHINE, our RBTs play a vital role in providing direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support clients in developing critical life skills, communication, and social interactions. Supervisors Our Supervisors are responsible for overseeing client programs, conducting assessments, and developing personalized behavior intervention plans. They provide mentorship and ongoing training to RBTs, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained and that treatment goals are effectively achieved.
