Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

1) an understanding of how to develop and carry out a research project to empirically test the effectiveness of a treatment 2) an ability to reflect critically about new and diverse human development situations outside the university context and apply problem solving skills to these situations 3) an ability to express ideas clearly and demonstrate critical thinking in writing 4) an appreciation of how ideas in Human Development can be applied to real world issues and experience working on real world problems 5) an ability to understand themselves reflectively and others empathically and apply these skills to both academic and nonacademic contexts.

Opportunity Training 

Provide documents for student to gather context of the organization in order to investigate the goals, objectives, structure, function, and context of your organization including how it functions and how effectively it deals with the social problem it intends to address,
