Requirements Gathering - Eliciting requirements for new projects coming from our Business Units or within WSO. -Story Grooming -Turn project requirements into JIRA tickets to be added into sprints and assigned to the Web Development Team. -Sprint Planning -Plan future sprints, taking into account story points (ticket timeline), developer workload, and project priority -Project Management - Manage an enhancement project from kick-off to deployment. -Quality Assurance - Participating in the testing of new web features, identifying bugs, and working with developers to ensure that the end product meets the desired quality standards. -Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams - Working alongside development, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
