Adventuretown Toy Emporium is looking for a MARKETING INTERN who is the type of person who feels compelled to make an impact in the lives of others and is currently enrolled or recently graduated college students who are interested in making a difference while gaining real-life work experience with social media marketing, content creation, and brand awareness campaign management. Role may include one or more of the following duties: Help to reach parents of children under 3 years old by building brand awareness; Assist with producing & editing content for social pages; Help manage brand's communication with parents on social pages; Research new social content trends & growth strategies; and Work closely with Executive team on creative social campaigns & new content marketing strategies.

Learn about Company’s brand positioning through brand research Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantage Set up goals and track conversions to measure campaign success Analyze user acquisition reports to identify which channels (social media, search engines, referrals) are driving the most traffic Track and analyze search queries that bring users to the website Monitor keyword rankings and assess which keywords drive the most traffic to the website Use performance reports to suggest improvements to increase website click-through rates (CTR). Work closely with marketing and public relations teams to conceptualize and implement marketing strategies and campaigns Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content through data tracking and analytics tools Report on social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and impressions to measure brand growth Analyze the website's traffic trends, tracking user behavior and conversion funnels Monitor the impact of marketing efforts on website traffic and new user acquisition. Prepare reports on campaign performance to help guide future marketing strategies
Intern will be on-boarded via Zoom. They will be given credentials for the platforms that they will be using to create their deliverables. These platforms will depend on the role that they have chosen. These platforms may be one or more of the following: Miva Merchant, Meta Business, TikTok Seller Center, Google Analytics, Google Merchants, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Hootsuite, Shareasale, Adobe Suite, Google Workplace, Youtube Studio, TikTok Studio, Piktochart, Spotify, Flodesk, Capcut, and Excel. They will be trained via Zoom on how to use the platforms that are relevant to their duties. Interns will share their screens as they are trained. They will learn by doing, not by observing.
Intern will experience no safety risk as they will be performing their duties from their homes or on-campus.
