Opportunity Summary 

Student working with and under the direct supervision of PT. Student will learn evaluation and follow up PT session process, including critical thinking and how to formulate treatment goals and plan. Patient will have exposure to telehealth exercise classes, learn to instruct and guide patients in exercises with specific form, exposure to patients with various health issues, including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, aging adult with decline in functional mobility, etc.

Student will be instructed and tested in body mechanics for safe lifting and mobilizing with patients.
