Opportunity Summary 

Supports Dirt-Stained Roses across creative, operational, and community initiatives. Interns gain hands-on experience in project coordination, research, and media production while receiving mentorship to develop leadership, communication, and professional skills applicable across fields.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of this opportunity, students will have bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world media production by applying their academic knowledge to hands-on projects in writing, operations, marketing, research, and content creation. Regardless of their field of study, students will work on initiatives aligned with their professional goals and areas of interest, gaining transferable skills in leadership, collaboration, and communication. Through research, outreach, analysis, and awareness efforts, they will also demonstrate measurable community impact while exploring how creative storytelling can engage audiences and inspire social change.

Opportunity Training 

Students will begin with a structured orientation to Dirt-Stained Roses’ mission, values, and ongoing projects. During onboarding, they will receive role-specific training sessions covering tools, workflows, and expectations—such as project management systems, research methods, social media platforms, and production processes.
