Opportunity Summary 

Analyze existing data and assist in the transition of the MITx MicroMasters in SCM program to a new platform, performs statistical analysis, designs queries in response to data requests, responds to data requests and collects data, develops new systems and processes for data collection, as needed, Map the learner journey from awareness (ad click) to action (course sign-up), identifying drop-off points and optimizing touchpoints like email follow-ups or retargeting ads, Assist in the set-up of the Digital platform for running the courses, coordinate synchronous events, and assist with supporting the MMx helpdesk account.
