Advances and Breakthroughs in Mental Health offers a structured, comprehensive treatment program for a multitude of mental heath and substance abuse issues.

With offices located in 2 locations throughout Southern California, AABMH is a growing practice of licensed mental health care providers, each specializing in different areas of expertise and treatment philosophies. We treat a wide variety of mental health conditions, addictions, and behavioral issues through various forms of individual, group, and family counseling, in addition to our CARF-accredited day treatment and IOP Program.

We treat children, teens, adults, and geriatrics who are either suffering with complex conditions or who are family members, friends, or significant others who are affected by them. We will work with each client individually to form an appropriate treatment plan for their needs.

Advances in Mental Health and Addictions Treatment Center is a separate program that we offer that caters to the needs of clients requiring more than just regular counseling sessions. We serve adults and adolescents, with condition-specific programs designed to incorporate the client's family in the healing process.

Psychiatric office

Advantage Surgical and Wound Care heals wounds and treats surgical conditions in the post-acute environment through conservative, evidence-based care. We limit unnecessary and expensive treatments, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations. We achieve optimal outcomes by coordination, collaboration, and education with patients, their caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Regularly scheduled visits are tailored to each facility's staff, patients' families and primary care physicians. Rounds by Advantage surgeons facilitate communication and understanding among all interested parties; personally, and continuously.

Education with early childhood

Adventures to Dreams Enrichment is a nonprofit  501(c)(3) organization, founded by Ms. Sheila G. in 2015. We provide fun, hands-on, educational activities for youth ages 5-16.

A child’s mindset begins to develop at birth. We believe that enrichment can plant positive seeds in the minds of growing youth. This is our “Busy hands = Busy minds” concept: providing activities that encourage kids to explore their limitless creativity and absorb knowledge about the world around them.

Gardening brings tranquility and peace of mind; Combined with hands-on Art and STEM, our activities open their minds to a complete potential for learning, all while experiencing fun, laughter, and excitement.Our hope is that the youth who attend our program leave with the inspiration to dream BIG and the belief they can achieve anything in life.

Adventures to Dreams Enrichment is a vital resource for youth, families, and the community it serves. Ms. Sheila wholeheartedly believes in positively shaping youth to be well rounded and prepared for their futures!
