Primary Issues that the Program Addresses:

Rally’s primary role is to provide visitation and exchange services for separated families and children referred through Child Protective services in a secure environment to ensure the safety of children and adult victims, as well as where children can experience healthy relationships with their parents.

Families referred by the Family Courts in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties as well as those referred through Child Protective Services in San Mateo County.  Families reflect the diversity of the Bay Area.

Types of Services Offered by the Program:

Intern Assignments and Learning Opportunities:

Interns are able to document fact based observations of family interactions without providing judgement or recommendations and develop reports to the Family courts.  Intern learn to provide similar documentation and engage with families to report to Social Workers on interactions between parents and children who are dependents of the court due to abuse or neglect.
