Program Description:
Accredited hospice and home health agency that provides compassionate physical, psychosocial, and spiritual care to patients at end of life with terminal conditions.
Interns will have a caseload of hospice patients, and may also see bereavement counseling patients, facilitate support groups, do community outreach as appropriate.

Interns will need to complete their documentation in a timely manner and it will be signed off by their supervisor.

In-service trainings on multiple issues related to death and dying, bereavement and other related psychosocial issues.
Opportunities to work with Veterans and receive trainings on working with Veterans, End of Life Option Act, and other issues.
