Organization Description

B2U Storage Solutions builds stationary energy storage systems for providing services to the electric transmission and distribution grid or for customer-facing behind-the-meter (BTM) applications. B2U stands for "battery 2nd use" because our storage solution involves taking used batteries from electric vehicles and putting them to beneficial use in a secondary application - fixed storage. Battery storage is the key to facilitating further incorporation of renewable energy sources to the generation mix: as such, B2U exists to contribute to the much-needed transition from fossil-based fuels to renewable sources for the generation of electricity.

Most/All opportunities would be remote, not on-site. As electric power facilties, we operate 24/7. Work hours for a self-motivated student could be entirely flexible, with some need to attend meetings at specific times.
