Program Information Provide one-on-one behavioral services for children with ASD or related disorders to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings while maintaining confidentiality of the person served based on the FBA and progress reports of the person served.\r\n\r\n\u00b7 They will utilize evidence-based interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis; model appropriate behavior techniques to primary caregivers; encourage caregiver\u2019s participation;\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Take behavioral (e.g. frequency, duration, latency, time sampling) and program data every session.\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Upload data at the end of sessions to the One-drive\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Obtain parent signature after each session on time sheets\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Respond to emails within 24 hours on business days\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Redirect family to correct person (administrator, scheduler, supervisor, and consultant) when questions are out of your scope of expertise.\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Cover hours during the hours you agreed to be available\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPosition Requirements:\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Must have reliable transportation\r\n\r\n\u00b7 No major incidents/convictions\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Pass a criminal background clearance (Live Scan)\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Pass Health TB clearance
