Dynamic Abilities Pediatric Therapy: Occupational and Physical Therapy, Inc.

Organization Description

DAP Therapy’s mission is to provide evidence-based physical and occupational therapy services through a dynamic, evolving model that adapts to each child’s developmental needs. We are committed to supporting the whole child and their family in a fun, interactive, and family-centered environment.

Health & Safety

Students complete onboarding and orientation before volunteering, including training on clinic policies, safety and emergency procedures, infection control, confidentiality, and appropriate interactions with children and families. Task-specific instruction is provided for assigned responsibilities. Licensed physical and occupational therapists and trained clinic staff provide ongoing supervision. Students are supervised at all times in treatment areas and do not provide direct patient care. Clear role expectations, boundaries, regular check-ins, and real-time guidance ensure student safety, learning, and compliance with clinic safety standards.
