24 Hour Fitness is one of the largest fitness companies in the united states. With over 400+ locations nationwide we provide a fun and friendly gym for your fitness needs 24 hours a day. At our location we offer 1 on 1 individual personal training with programs designed to your personal fitness needs. As well as daycare center for your children who are not old enough to workout yet.

Program Information

students get a chance to apply what they learned in the classroom in a real world setting. Students are able to observe certified personal trainers as they train and ask any questions they may.
