The Riekes Center exists for the enhancement of the individual student. Our mission is to provide each student with the best possible opportunity to define and accomplish individual goals, build character and learn transferable life skills through Creative Arts, Athletic Fitness and Nature Awareness, in an environment of non-judgment and mutual respect. We provide these opportunities regardless of the student’s ability to pay, or ability to perform. Each person’s uniqueness and potential is celebrated.

The purpose of the Sports Medicine pathway is to introduce students to the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills used in athletic training, physical therapy, and exercise science. Students learn principles of injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and emergency response while developing an understanding of human anatomy and safe, ethical care for active individuals. The course also fosters communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. By the end, students are prepared for advanced CTE coursework, industry-aligned certifications, and future pathways in sports medicine and healthcare.

Our mission is to provide students with a high-quality, low cost education that helps lay the foundation for students to succeed in college prep high schools and beyond.

Medical library intern will be responsible for library Intranet website, cataloging, marketing. By the end of this opportunity, intern will have learned how to applying HTML and CSS to improve web site, and copy cataloging.

The County Archives program is a section of the Assessor/Recorder/Clerk in San Diego County. Our primary mission is to serve as the central repository for the permanent retention of the official records of the Recorder/Clerk’s office. We facilitate access through the arrangement, description, management and preservation of these records, pursuant to sections 27300(a), 27231, and 66466(e) of the Government Code. Our holdings include approximately 600 cubic ft. of official and historic vital records, over 170,000 sheets of maps, and a microfilm collection with over 100,000 rolls from across County departments.

Founded in 1961, San Francisco Cinematheque cultivates the international field of non-commercial artist-made cinema through curated exhibitions, an annual film festival, through the creation of publications and online resources documenting the field, and through our work with physical and digital archives. Through our work Cinematheque inspires aesthetic dialog among artists, stimulates critical discourse around the field and encourages appreciation of artist-made cinema across the broader cultural landscape.
