Intercollegiate Athletics is an integral part of the University and exists to promote the common good through athletic competition by providing equitable opportunities for men and women to compete at the NCAA Division I Level. The athletics program strives to create a diverse and inclusive environment emphasizing academics, compliance, student-athlete welfare, fair play, sportsmanship and Spartan Pride.

The Institute for the Study of Sport, Society and Social Change mission is dedicated to research, analysis and education at the intersection of sport and society. Thus, internship opportunities consist of educational teaching and workshop facilitation, event management, research engagement, community service programming, etc...

Housing, transportation and health care will continue to top Canepa’s priority list as he works collaboratively to implement transformative policies that will lead to a better quality of life for all Bay Area residents.

Our mission is to provide essential, high-quality, and affordable health care services for adults and children in the local community. School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County improves the health and well-being of more than 4,500 low income, medically underserved individuals each year by providing easily accessible, high-quality health care. Our five clinics are located on public school campuses in San José and Gilroy, and offer comprehensive primary and preventive care including immunizations, well-child checkups, behavioral health services, and reproductive health services.
