The Busy Beaver Button Museum was founded in 2010 and its mission is to show as much of American history as possible through pin-back buttons. Buttons show an intimate view of how people commemorate noteworthy times in their lives by creating and collecting these wearable mementos. The Button Museum houses over 50,000 buttons that range from an original 1789 George Washington pre-button to buttons produced this year.

The California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) has been established as a non-profit corporation pursuant to orders from the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in approving the mergers of SBC-AT&T and Verizon-MCI in 2005. CETF provides leadership statewide to close the “Digital Divide” by accelerating the deployment and adoption of broadband to unserved and underserved communities and populations. CETF manages a $24 million cross-sector Digital Inclusion fund for the City of San José that will be distributed in grant awards over a ten-year period. It is the city’s largest philanthropic effort in recent history. The San José Digital Inclusion Partnership aims to: 1) Connect 50,000 San José households with universal device access and universal connectivity at speeds of at least 25 Mbps download/3 Mbps upload over the next 10 years. 2) Ensure 50,000 San José households achieve and sustain the appropriate digital skills proficiency level to stay ahead of technology and increase quality of life outcomes in education, workforce, healthcare and more.

Our flight school is a Part 141 certified institution dedicated to providing comprehensive aviation training. From private pilot certification to Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), we equip aspiring aviators with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the skies. Our mission is to foster the next generation of pilots through quality education, hands-on instruction, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

California School for the Blind is a State Special School that serves students who are blind and visually impaired, aged elementary to 22 years old. Our adapted physical education program endeavors to provide accessible physical fitness instruction, teaches adaptive sports, and lifelong physical fitness skills.
