Ecology Action is a California-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equitable
community climate solutions. Through innovative transportation, energy, water, and community resilience programs, we help individuals, businesses, schools, and governments reduce greenhouse gas emissions while improving quality of life. Community Programs interns work alongside experienced professionals on initiatives that promote sustainable transportation, active mobility, community engagement, environmental education, and climate action throughout the Central Coast and beyond. Interns gain hands-on experience supporting real-world programs that create measurable environmental and community impact.

Accordingly, the mission of Empowering the Fatherless, (ETF) is to embrace, support and empower fatherless kids, by equipping them with Life skills, Effective Communication/Speaking skills, and Financial skills, so they may reap the benefits of living a well-rounded and fulfilling life. We also offer Self-Help courses and a Fatherhood program for men who were raised in fatherless environments or raised by men who were poor examples of the true meaning of fatherhood.

Our work in middle schools seeks to address systemic educational challenges, bringing mentor-led programming to Bay Area scholars who need it most.Our method is building broad collaboration and unified commitment with all our partners - schools, businesses, colleges, city, funders, parents and students for semester-long, hands-on, project based, career pathway projects.

Exir Bio is a biomedical company that employs induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), iPSC-derived cells, and tissue-specific stem cells (e.g., gut organoids) from nonhuman primate (NHP) and humans for conducting in vitro evaluations of drug efficacy and safety. The platform significantly reduces, refines, and replaces the utilization of non-human primates in biomedical studies, accelerating the pace of preclinical and nonclinical safety evaluations and complements human in vitro models.

Eye Zen Presents is a non-profit arts organization in the San Francisco Bay Area devoted to protecting, promoting and creating more visibility for unknown or little-known LGBTQIA+ histories through research, preservation and interpretation of archives and oral histories.
