Nordic Innovation House Silicon Valley

Organization Description

Nordic Innovation House Silicon Valley is located in Palo Alto, where we offer our members a co-working hub, a strong community, connections to the local ecosystem, and programs for acceleration. We host online and in-person events, and help Nordic companies make the most of Silicon Valley. Founders are Nordic government owned trade promotion organizations: Innovation Norway, Business Finland, Vinnova, Business Iceland and Innovation Center Iceland.

Program Information

- Assist the Community Director in creating, developing and coordinating our annual communication plan, monthly themes, and weekly calendar and daily activities.
- Support our Core Team in creating professional Social Media content: interviews, stories about our events and other high-lights from our community. OR Create and search professional and engaging content to the digital community platform.
- Manage the scheduling of NIH’s social media, and monitoring and reporting of the performance. / Manage the digital community platform monitoring and the performance reporting.
- Assist the Community Director with Reporting for NIH Board.

Health & Safety

A big part of the work can be done remotely - we don't demand work to be done at our office. It means less traveling time for the students and flexibility regarding the working hours. But our office is available if the inter prefers to work from there. We will have regular in-person meetings and a lot of online interaction. It's post pandemic hybrid mode of working.
