Community Health Partnership

Organization Description

Advocate for affordable and accessible health services for our diverse and multicultural communities regardless of socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, or cultural background, and to support our member organizations in achieving these goals.

Program Information

Intern will complete 80 hours of online curriculum and "in-person" training on various community health topics. Intern will also complete a community health project in partnership with a community health center.

This program will enhance intern's clinical training with knowledge and skills development in community health. Intern will learn how community health centers respond to the health needs of underserved communities. And will learn the complexities of medical neighborhoods and how a high functioning patient-centered medical home operates.
