Program Information

Intern will observe and assist NP on physical examination and treatments of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) assigned to the NP. Will be expose to SNF community and apply knowledge learned from Public Health courses to SNF population.

By the end of this opportunity, intern will have familiarize self in SNF, older populations, chronic diseases, preventative care and treatments, etc.
