Our City Forest

Organization Description

Since 1994, Our City Forest has been the leading nonprofit in Silicon Valley for urban forestry and environmental education. We believe in the POWER OF TREES to transform homes, communities and cities and the POWER OF PEOPLE to help us achieve this needed transformation.

Health & Safety

We travel throughout the county and may have an event in a high crime area. Also parking around our Nursery has strict parking rules, signage is posted, but students should talk to staff about best parking practice

At certain events supervisors will be overseeing not only our own Americorps members but a few volunteers, potentially a dozen or more volunteers at a time

Photos of events that students attend may be taken. Please inform us if students do not want their photo taken
