Organization Description

Exir Bio is a biomedical company that employs induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), iPSC-derived cells, and tissue-specific stem cells (e.g., gut organoids) from nonhuman primate (NHP) and humans for conducting in vitro evaluations of drug efficacy and safety. The platform significantly reduces, refines, and replaces the utilization of non-human primates in biomedical studies, accelerating the pace of preclinical and nonclinical safety evaluations and complements human in vitro models.
