Organization Description

In 1975, Mount Saint Mary’s established one of the nation's first college leadership programs for women. Its hallmark has been the Leadership Scholar Program — a comprehensive, cohort-based experience with an emphasis on student collaboration to accomplish change and make a difference for the common good. Today, MSMU’s Office of Women's Leadership and Student Engagement seeks to engage all students in the leadership process by providing leadership education, skill-building, and opportunities for action and reflection.
