Organization Description

The City of Fremont is the municipality that serves the population of Fremont 240,000 people in a 92 mile area. The Patterson House is an historic house (1857-1920) located in Ardenwood Historic Farm, a 205-acre park that is owned by the City of Fremont and leased by the East Bay Regional Park District. The Pattersons were a prominent local family who prospered in California, the patriarch came to the Golden State during the Goldrush.

There are tours in the house on Sundays from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm starting in April so the Docent Room where the computer is located would be available. Otherwise, the Docent Room is available M-F upon mutual agreement.
