To empower system-impacted individuals through comprehensive support and personal guidance for successful reintegration and lasting transformation.

Health & Safety

We primarily serve system-impacted individuals and families, especially those affected by incarceration. Our focus is on supporting low-income and underserved communities through reentry services, housing navigation, and holistic care that promotes stability and empowerment.

We operate in a hybrid model. At times, students will work remotely with small caseloads. Other times, they will be partnered with our staff to shadow them.

Additional requirements and/or considerations
  • Computer Literacy
  • Driver's License
  • Must be 18 or older
  • POPULATION SERVED: Students will be working with "behaviorally challenged" populations.
  • POPULATION SERVED: Students will be working with individuals who have a known criminal background or history of violent behavior.
  • SUPERVISION: Students will be supervised less than 50% of the time.
