Xale LLC
Xalé is a human-centered hiring platform helping candidates, especially early-career and underrepresented talent, show more than a resume through shareable profiles with story, work samples, skills, strengths, projects, video, and resume context. Recruiters use Xalé to build trusted talent networks and discover aligned candidates with more context. Our mission is to make hiring more human, trusted, and aligned by helping people be understood beyond traditional hiring filters and connected to real opportunity.
Students will work remotely and independently for much of the internship, so they may be supervised less than 50% of the time in terms of live, real-time oversight. However, students will receive structured onboarding, written project instructions, regular virtual check-ins, and ongoing feedback from the founder/supervisor. The supervisor may oversee multiple students or contributors, but each student will have clearly defined assignments, communication expectations, and access to guidance as needed. No student will be required to work on-site.

Xalé is a remote organization. Students will not be required to work on-site or report to a physical location. Internship hours are flexible and can be completed on the student’s own schedule, arranged around academic commitments. Check-ins, supervision, and project guidance will take place virtually through email, video calls, and shared online tools.
